Our luxury villa in Corfu is surrounded by nature, located on the top of a hill in Avlaki area 1km from Kassiopi village, overlooking the deep blue waters of the Ionian Sea. Comfy rooms, beach pool, private beach, barbeque and a small children playground. Villa Yasemia offers all the luxury comforts you‘ve ever dreamed of for you and your family.
So close to the center of Kassiopi village and so far from any noise apart from the natures’… A land full of olive trees and a private road that drives you up the hill, composes the entrance of the holiday villa. Its exterior area offers all the luxury comforts in order to spend all day long relaxing dining and swimming, gazing this majestic view of the sea and mountains. The interior space of the villa consists of five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, gym room, a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and a large dining room. All the rooms include A/C and underfloor heating.

Its exterior rooms can cover the needs of an entire day. You can enjoy your breakfast with coffee at one of the lounge sets, relax at the pool, sleep on the day bed, and dine with your family and friends using the barbeque with the long dining tables. (Our big suite is located on the ground floor of the villa which is accessed externally, making it suitable for wheelchair users.)
The natural colors of the villa along with the luxurious and comfortable couches and furniture create an incredibly relaxing atmosphere and positive aura. The rooms are properly designed to host you and your family and allow you to invite and dine with guests.
We provide a cook for you for the summer period, June – September for the preparation of your breakfast and dinner, as well as cleaning stuff to make sure your bedrooms remain nice and clean during your stay at the villa. Any extra staff can be provided upon request with extra charge.
