Comfort, style and, above all, fun were the main driving factors when the architects and owner teamed up to produce K2. Special emphasis was placed on maintaining the classic myconian look, with its simplistically elegant aesthetic, while at the same time ensuring that all modern comforts were discreetly incorporated as well. Each bedroom has its own unique character, as well as its own en-suite shower room. In true Myconian fashion, a lot of the fixtures and fittings are built-in, exactly the way authentic houses from yesteryear were made for the locals.

The house has three levels: a top floor, which contains a master bedroom and its own private verandah (the views from which are incredible). The middle level is where you will find the open-plan kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room, with enough space for 10 to sit in comfort. FInally the pool-level floor has the remaining 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and one with two twins (all have their own shower room).
