An outdoor, covered kitchen area and BBQ facilities are set amidst its well-tended garden, while a bar is included in its common areas. The Villa is surrounded by a wall which create complete privacy.

Fitted with beamed ceilings, built-in sofas and handmade furnishings, the air-conditioned villa Assa consists of 5 separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to each room, and an open-plan kitchen with seating and dining area. Facilities include a dishwasher, an oven, a flat-screen satellite TV and a washing machine. both the villa and the balconies overlook the Aegean Sea. Free WiFi is provided throughout.
