Villa Aqua di Mare has been built to a very high standard and offers three floors of living space and a large outdoor pool with garden, on the beach and sea.
The first floor (entry level) offers two Lindian style bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 persons (children or familly) and there is one large bedroom with a double bed and a wonderful sea view. size bath tub, shower and WC
The upper level consists of a master suite with a double bed, a full bathroom with bath tub, shower and WC; the spacious balcony offers tables and chairs overlooking the garden and pool - an ideal spot to start your day with a freshly brewed coffee!
On the ground floor you will find the open plan lounge area with comfy sofas, satellite TV, a fireplace and adjacent is the very well equipped kitchen with all the "mod cons" you would expect from a villa of this standard.
From the lounge area there are patio doors which will take you to the outside al fresco dining area with teak furniture and a seating area, covered gazebo, stone BBQ, garden and of course the beautiful pool too.
There is a private path that leads down to the beach and offers a quiet retreat to enjoy the wonderful scenery and awe-inspiring vistas.
For more than 10 guests, there is a small luxury studio with a double bed, a living room and a bathroom.
